New: Huggy Dolls Paperback Book

I've just published all Huggy Dolls patterns as a book. This is a real paperback book and not an e-book. The book is now available on Amazon.comAmazon.co.uk and Amazon.de.

A German edition will be available in August.

This collection of crochet patterns I wrote in 2012. They were published as e-books for the Amazon Kindle e-Reader. People without a Kindle asked me often how they could get the patterns. I collected them all together in this pattern book. Learned how to self publish a book and created the cover. This is the first book in a series. After this more will follow: I hope to publish all my patterns in book form. I hope you enjoy these books.

The following patterns are included:
- Huggy Monkey
- Huggy Bunny
- Huggy Bear
- Huggy Cats
- Izzy
- Denise
- Amy
- 3 witches
- Devils
- Gingerbread man
- Snowman
- Santa
- Huggy Bee

Evie and Lilli Dress up Dolls

I've made a new crochet pattern: Evie and Lilly. Lilly has blond long hair and Evie got short pink hair. I made 2 outfits: a Christmas outfit and pajamas. The dolls are 16 inches/ 41.5 cm standing. The Teddy Bear toy is included. The pattern is available  for Amazon Kindle on:

They will soon get translated into German and other languages :)

p.s. You can read Kindle patterns on your PC, iPad, Android, Kindle and many other devices. Just download the software. Unfortunately you cannot print them out.

The 3 Witches Amigurumi Pattern

My latest pattern is finished: just for Halloween. The 3 witches.

The witches are made with No 3 yarn (DK, Light Worsted). You crochet 2 strands together. Use a 5 mm hook (US: H/8, UK: 6).  The pattern is already for sale on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk for the Kindle.

You can make the witches bigger or smaller, without changing the pattern. The witches are about 16.5 inches/ 42 cm high. (In standing position excluding the hat). They are great as Halloween decoration or as a present for a little girl.

The pattern is sold on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk. It will soon be available on the iBookstore, Barnes&Noble and Kobobooks. (Translations are also in the making)

Happy Bee with Flower Basket Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

I've created another doll in the Huggy Series: a huggy bee.

A basic knowledge of crochet is required to make the bee and flower basket. The pattern is easy to follow: it only uses single crochet stitches (US) or double crochet stitches (UK). The Bee and Flower Basket are made with No 5 yarn (Bulky, Chunky, Craft, Rug) and a 6 mm hook (US: J/10, UK: 4).

You can make them bigger or smaller, without changing the pattern. The bee is about 19 inches/ 47.5 cm high standing (excluding antennas). The flower’s diameter is 2.8 inches/ 7 cm. The basket is 3 inches/ 7.5 cm in diameter and 1.8 inches/ 4.5 cm high (excluding the handle). The size of the dolls depends on the size of the crochet hook, thickness of yarn and how you stuff them; a bigger hook and thicker yarn make a bigger doll. A doll stuffed tightly is bigger than a loose stuffed doll.

The pattern is sold on Amazon for around 4.99 US$.

This pattern is published as a Kindle pattern. You can read it on your Kindle or an iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Notebook or PC with the Kindle e-reader software.

Click here to go to Amazon.com to buy and download the pattern. The pattern is also available on www.amazon.co.uk (UK), www.amazon.in (India) and many other Amazon websites.

Enjoy crocheting :)

Huggy Amy Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

A new Huggy Doll is finished: Huggy Amy. The pattern is available on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.

Huggy Izzy Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

I made a new dol: Huggy Izzy. The crochet pattern is available on Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk,  Amazon.ca and the iBookstore. I'm making many girl dolls: Denise, Amy and Ming. I'm also going to design clothes for them. They do fit "Design-a-Bear" clothers, though the collar is a bit too wide.

Huggy Denise Amigurumi Doll

I made another large Huggy doll: Denise. This doll looks better in real: the soft colours do not come out well on the photos. A friend of my daughter was over and I could tell she really wanted Denise. I had to give her a Huggy Bear instead: I like to keep one of each pattern and I made only 1 Denise.
The Huggy Denise pattern is now available on Amazon.com and the Apple iBookstore.

Devils in Love for Valentine

I made a new patten for Valentine: Devils in Love. The dolls are 16" (41) cm high (without the horns). The pattern is available for the Kindle e-reader, iPad or Samsung tablet on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk. (As you can see from the photos: We had lots of snow in England this week :)
